COVID-19 Pandemic: Telling the untold stories of minority ethnic communities through creative art

Date
Date
Thursday 14 October 2021, 18:00-19:00

Organised by our Southampton, Sussex, and South Wales friends as part of Black History Month 2021, an inspirational session of creative activities on minority ethnic families and communities during the pandemic.

Free event but please register to receive joining instructions.

Our personal lives, loved ones, communities, the food we eat, the way we work, and our overall health and wellbeing suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Simply because of our ethnicities, we were hit differently by both the pandemic, and existing inequalities within society such as racism and discrimination.

  • How can solutions be developed when the full story isn't known?
  • How can solutions be found for us, when they are not developed by us?
